DoubleHorn has been awarded contracts to deliver CSB and Cloud SaaS for the public sector
Texas DIR and Oklahoma OMES Contracts
We have been awarded contracts to deliver two service areas for the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) and Oklahoma Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES): Cloud Broker Services and Cloud Software as a Service (SaaS).
As government organizations adopt cloud services at an increasing rate they are discovering that selecting, aggregating, integrating, customizing and managing multiple cloud environments is an elaborate task. Cloud services brokerage (CSB) is an emerging approach that is helping organizations manage the complexity and risks associated with a growing cloud services portfolio.
We have a dedicated and experienced staff that knows what services public organizations need when migrating and managing the cloud. As a Cloud Services Broker, we can assist you via the DIR contract process.

This means that DoubleHorn is eligible to deliver state of the art telecommunications services and technologies at discounted rates to schools, libraries, and related educational institutions across Texas and across the United States.
The E-Rate program was designed to ensure that all US students have access to the most up-to-date communications services regardless of local budget constraints. E-rate is administered by the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) and provides significant discounts for qualified schools and libraries. DoubleHorn offers E-Rate Services subsidized by the Universal Service Fund.
At the same time, we were building our business working with small and medium enterprises, we were also working closely with schools, libraries, and other educational institutions. While it’s true that the basic technology is the same whether, for a business or a school, we understand that unique needs exist to provide solutions enabling connected classrooms, libraries, and campuses. In addition to basic telecommunications implementations, we are well-versed in providing solutions for specific initiatives or locations that may have the unique funding or support requirements.
